Session and Rate information
Sessions
Clients remain fully clothed for all of the sessions that we offer.
It is recommended that the client wear or bring something comfortable to change into as the sessions may require some gentle movement or positioning that would require clothing flexibility.
The sessions generally are 1 hour from the time of arrival to session conclusion.
The first session there will be a more formal intake of information so we are able to best assess your needs and the approach to the sessions.
